The VeSync app may show "disconnected" constantly for a reason. The smart scale automatically powers off 20 seconds after displaying your body metrics to conserve energy. During this time, the app will indicate the scale is disconnected. To reconnect, simply turn the scale back on and open the VeSync app.

There are two ways for multiple users to utilize the same smart scale: 1. Multiple VeSync Accounts: Up to 5 VeSync accounts can be paired with the smart scale at once. Each user can log into their own VeSync account on their smartphone. 2. Shared VeSync Account: Users can create multiple profiles within a single VeSync account. All users can then access the account on their own devices without needing to log out.

Updating the scale's firmware is straightforward: 1. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled. 2. Power on the smart scale. 3. Open the VeSync app and navigate to the device page. Wait a moment for the Bluetooth connection to be established, indicated by a blue Bluetooth icon on the scale's display. 4. Follow the in-app instructions to complete the firmware update. Do not let the scale's display turn off during the update process.

The VeSync app is compatible with iOS 12.0+ and Android 6.0+. Note that the included iPhone and Apple Watch in the product imagery are not part of the package. Additionally, while the smart scale can sync your weight data to MyFitnessPal, other biometric data cannot be shared.

Consult a healthcare professional before using the smart scale if you are pregnant or using medical electronic devices such as a pacemaker. The smart scale's biometric analysis capabilities make it FSA/HSA eligible.
